I pretty much figure the calories myself or use the package information. Of course it is nice when the database has the item and correct information. But if I had to pick, I would just slightly overestimate.

Wow. I have had problems with major weight gain after eating pickles (water retention I know). I was once told "a pound per pickle". Just happened to me again recently. This may be "dill" pickles as that is all I like.
