I’m starting over again also. (5 days) MFP seems to be the only thing that works for me. Life happens though but I’m back & I am not going to be so busy that I can’t track my food. I’m excited!!

Summer happens so fast around here. If I could lose some weight by April, I will have a head start. Have to work on toning also as apparently, as one of my clients just told me, I am "No Spring Chicken" how depressing. Well at least I can weigh less and it may take some years off. I will be 60 this year. Yikes.

I am almost 60 and have heart issues and her workouts are for seniors so I thought I would try them. Up in Canada and not sure where they sell them. Can't find out online either.

definitely see the difference in the body but the face is great and you look like a younger and prettier you but the best thing is that you are healthier. Keep it up.

I just chop it up, big chunks, throw it in a pot, put a bit of water in it and steam it. Drain it and then I add a bit of butter and pepper and I could eat a whole pot. Sometimes if I have some calories to spend, I will put some sour cream on top. yummy.

I just bumped something for you to read. Go right back to the very beginning. It explains everything. You are not eating enough calories. The thread is called 700 calories and not losing. It should be there right now in recent posts. Good luck.
