  • Pass ... wayyy too Pretty for my tastes ;-)
  • Keto really is a great way of eating. This week, I just started back. I love that I'm not hungry. I love the bacon, scambled eggs, cheese when necessary, and green veggies. Most of all, I love that I can think so much more clearly.

  • Single. Fiance passed after 10 years together. It's been really hard to get used to single life. Sigh.

  • -My mood stays mostly elevated...in spite of difficult circumstances. Everything seems possible. -I'm at an 80#-loss right now, and I remember how emotional I was before I began. Every little thing would be a huge hurdle. I can't wait to see what the next 80#-loss will do for my self-esteem. Omg!

  • This is a super helpful post. But I just have a question, if you'd entertain it: Are you adding in resistance training, like band training or swimming? (This may not work with your injuries, but I'm curious.) I was transitioning into jogging and became enamored with it. Then I experienced a knee sprain, and through…
  • Hi all! I just hit my first 50# loss today, pretty happy! I would like to join the challenge. I'm not sure how to participate. But I keep my page updated, and would be happy to connect with any other challengers!
  • Hi Everyone! I'm 33, 5'8" (147 cm) and 333 pounds (151.05 kg). I've lost 12.5 pounds so far, and I'm committing to getting healthy. I have many smaller goals. However my ultimate goal is 120 pounds. I figure if I'm gonna pursue a goal, I want it to be the BIGGEST goal I can pursue! I would love to add some active friends.…
  • Hi, I'm from Ohio! I've also fallen off the wagon, but spending 2014 getting back on track!
  • I had this exact same thought. It definitely sparked a 'talk' with my husband. We recently had been focusing on cutting down on fatty foods. Poor James. He will be missed.
  • Losing weight is about changing habits. Many people find that even though they are changing physically, their self-talk (internal dialog) stays the same. So, this is my suggestion. Start today. Simply take notice of how to dialog with yourself. Is it all positive? all negative? more positive than negative? When you've…
  • Some things just can't be 'un-seen' ...LoL! So dead-lifts help to shape glutes?
  • This is so cute! and right!
  • Hi! You can see exactly what X-lbs. looks like on Y-height in inches at this website: http://www.mybodygallery.com/ Its been very motivational to me. Hope it helps.
  • I think this is REALLY great advise. I started exchanging my unhealthy habits for healthier ones about 3 weeks ago. I also started walking moderately and started the P90X series. In this short time, I have lost 11 pounds, and attribute it to working out AND eating the right amount of calories. HOWEVER, I have a bad habit…
  • I love your post! Definitely brought on the tears...in a good way! You look so fantastic. Are you still finding new adventures that you can take part in? Like skating, Tough Mudders, Marathons? I think adults use these challenges to continue that "A-ha Success!" feeling. :smooched:
  • What are these?
  • Honestly, I think you should slow things down a bit. Maybe you should let your new bf move to the new city on his own. You could try out a Long Distance Relationship, and if it goes well, then reevaluate your situation. The jealousy bit might be cute in the beginning. But its the beginning, how will this 'tracking'…
  • Yes Ma'am! Just by working out, and using your muscles, you should start getting a good night's sleep!
  • Agreed! The extra chemicals in Diet Sodas put an immense strain on your liver. Also, keeping SUPER hydrated with WATER will give you an extra energy boost. Aim to be peeing every 1-2 hours. Water also will flush out your system and make you feel awesome to pass the bar!!! WTG!!!
