  • Was wondering the same thing. Tried using the site once before & didn't lose (but decided I was half-hearted) - started again & haven't lost. Yet - hopefully =)
  • Chips are huge for me too!!!! I love Blue Diamond brand Nut Thins (the pecan ones are my favorite). They are gluten free (I'm a Celiac) rice & nut crackers. Nutritionally they are a bit better than chips - and they satisfy that chip/cracker thing.
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil....in the summer lemon infused olive oil (since the lemon is slightly astringent - although I hear grapeseed oil is good).
  • Omelet with roasted rutabaga, beets, goat cheese & fresh herbs. mmmmmmm!
