I have two Thin Crisp - Thin Rye Crispbread - 2 crackers = 40 calories. They don't taste that good, so two is more than enough to satisfy my bored teeth.

Kind of rude don't you think?

I regard exercise just like a shower. It is a necessary part of daily life. And on the rare occasion when you don't, that's fine too.

Oh wow - I do digest food quickly! Did not even relate it to the surgery. My Weight gain is due to greed.

I also had no dietary restrictions post surgery. But my daughter did. They said no tomatoes and just bland food. Dry toast etc.

This is quite interesting - thanks for sharing. I will give it a shot although I think I naturally have a high calorie day on the weekend - but this is useful information. Thanks

There is an option when you go to save the Recipe at the bottom of the screen that says "Would you like to submit this recipe to the myfitnesspal database?" You just need to be mindful of your naming convention so that hubby can find it in the database.
