I did E2L about two years ago and lost 25 pounds over several months. After a couple of indulgent holiday seasons and some lazy eating in general I gained back 10 lbs. I am back on it as of about 2 weeks ago. I am closer to my goal weight, so the scale is a little more slow going, but I feel awesome. I am following the 6…

Nope...because the work to get my ideal body is the part that's so gratifying. I think the sweat, dragging to the gym on hard days, making food choices, etc. is what creates a new life. That's my 2 cents!

I love it...with different shoes :)

Nice motivation!

A little of both. For work, I pack my food the night before and log it all in. I also pre-log breakfast when I do overnight oats- can't wait to wake up for that delicious food!

Just tried overnight oats for the first time! Yum! I did oats and nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, with some raspberries added in the morning.

I've got 16 to go!

I make that banana soft serve all the time! I use bananas and unsweetened almond milk in my food processor. Depending on my mood I add in vanilla extract, cacao nibs, berries, etc. It is really satisfying and reasonably low cal :) If you want to get really decacadent, mix some melted coconut oil with cocoa/cacao powder and…

Ouch! My sweet tooth hits me hard! I have changed to healthier sweets, but still sugary! I am really starting to wonder if my sweet snacking is sabotaging me energy and result wise, even when I stay in my calorie goal. I sometimes tend to start eating more packaged stuff (Fiber 1 Brownies, Luna Bars, etc.) because they are…

Nice post, and one I needed to read today! That scale gets me in a terrible mood, even when I know how hard I have been working and how honest I have been in my food and exercise diaries (I always meet my goals, no cheating, and do what I have to every day to eat and exercise the right amount for me). I took my own body…

Soda, most conventional candy (I do chocolate almonds to get the sweet tooth settled down), the majority of animal products.

I'm new- going for 100!

This one is a tough one for me too! I'm currently going with a plan of losing weight/fat first, then toning up.

I am also 5'7", currently at about 151 and planning for a GW of 135-140 (I really want to lose fat and develop some serious muscle tone!). All you guys' results are motivational!

I try to vary it up: eliptical, treadmill, weight machines, free weights, swimming, tennis, biking, yoga, and lots of workout DVD's at home (Jackie Warner & Jillian Michaels are my faves).

I am using Nutiva Hemp powder in vanilla. I really like it in smoothies :) I have tried Vega, but prefer Nutiva so far.

I make cheesy sauces (gravy, queso, etc.), sprinkle it on tons of stuff, mix it in smoothies, and so on. If you google nutritional yeast recipes, there are tons of great ones. Vegan cookbooks also use it frequently. I love it!
