Good morning. I was away last week and I missed my weigh in. I will update this week. However, you have entered 201.8 lbs in the spreadsheet for me. I do believe that you placed npeters519's weight in for me. She is listed one line below me. I wish that was my current weight.

On the weekday, I like to get out the door fast. So I have Yogurt and Cottage Cheese mixed together. That gives me a balance of Protein and Carbs.

207.4 lbs. Not much of a loss but at least it is a loss. Great work everyone!!!!

Just a pic to put a face to a name. It was the only one I could find when I signed up. Maybe I should look for a new one.

You are doing a great gob and I am enjoying the challange. Could you please add my goal weight. SW: 211.8 lbs GW: 195 lbs Thanks and good luck to everyone.

Yes, it is. That is a Short Fin Mako Shark. I caught it last year while on holiday in Newfoundland. It was a great catch.

That sounds great. It will work. I am no doing enough strenght training yet but I intend on starting. I also find that 1 day with high sodium will show a large weigh increase and it takes about 2 day to get back to where I was. Just keep going and you will see results. Good luck.

LOL. I love cod fish but it has to be fresh.

Hi. I am not a pro in any sense but this is what I think. First. I really hope you are drinking more water than you are logging. You need water and lots of it. Second. You are a carb junkie. Most of your meals are packed with carbs and very little protein. Try to balance it out a little better. I try for 40/40/20 ratio…

Take a Epsom Salt Bath. This will do wonders for you. It is way better than just warm bath or taking meds. Give it a try.

I'm in. Feb was great. I like to weigh in every week (I actually step on the scale every day) but I would rather the weigh in be on Friday. This shows me how the week went. I do not do as good on the weekend because I am busy. Either way, I am looking forward to the new challenge.

I live in Kanata/Bridlewood and there are lots of trails out this way. Between Bridlewood and Bells Corners, there are lots of trails on the NCC land. You are not far from the dog park (Bruce Pit) and there are trails on the outside of the park that are good for running as well. My wife wants "us" to start running because…

The main thing is not to give up or slack off. The plateau will pass and the weight will continue to drop. Keep pushing forward and good luck.

Good morning everyone. SW: 218.8 CW: 211.8 That puts me down 7 lbs and that is not too bad. Was hoping for more but not giving up yet. I look forward that the March Challenge. Great work everyone.

This is my 2 cents worth. I really don't care if someone deletes me. I do like having friends and seeing their progress. However, I am here for me and to lose weight. The encouragement is also great. Look after yourself and don't worry about other people. Just stick to your program and lose the lbs. You can friend me if…

Feb 22 - weighed in at 214.2 lbs. That is down 2.2 lbs and I am happy.

45 min of Greco Lean & Fit and maybe some stationary bike.

I like to mix yogurt and cottage cheese. It is not heavy but it gives me both protien and carbs.

Yes, I do

I have to disagree with more people here. I always open my door. I would prefer that, if I know you, just knock and walk in. Don't expect the house to be spotless because I am not expecting company but you are more than welcome. You are welcome anytime during the day and at night when the lights are on (or anytime you…

Hi everyone. I joined this group some time ago but I have never introduced myself. I am Buck and (like Dave & Wanda) I am also a displaced newfie. I was born in Sudbury but grew up in NFLD. I joined the military in 1989 and live in Halifax for about 18 yrs. Moved to Ottawa in 07 and still in military. Not really enjoying…

LOL. Great answer. Made me laugh.

Welcome. I am trying to lose about 20 - 30 lbs to get to my ideal/healthy weight. I also started my weight loss progran to give more support to my wife. She has been trying for some time. I will add you. Good luck and stick with it.

OP - this was the best post every. I totally agree with you. Others may have different opinions but that is ok. If you look, it is easy to find a study the contradicts anything. There may be a hundred studies to support something but someone is able to find a study that contradicts it. Be positive and try it. If your…
