MINE IS RATHER BORING TOOO EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN MY LIL GIRL WAS ON THE CHAIR NEXT TO ME WITH AN TSHIRT ON WITH A MINIBUS ON IT SO HENCE MINIBUS PLUS AT THIS MO IN TIME I FEEL LIKE ONE IF I LOSE THE WEIGHT MAYBE I CLD CHANGE IT TO A MINI INSTEAD OF A MINBUS LOL X X

hi, i normally take them in the morning with a thermbol tablet befor a workout ,u can get the bcaa in tablet form (all rather larger tablets tho) yukkk lol THEY DONT MAKE YOU JITTERY AT ALL THO :smile: But if your really unsure about what they are or why you are taking them you will have to do a good bit of your own…

Hi, thanks for comments, feel like a complete novice here lol as to the question how am i over doing the protein , a tin of tuna was like 35 of my 54 and only like 100 calories tuna is high in protein and low calories jus didnt realise that much lol thanks again x
