Happy to hear it!

I've been on BC (on and off) for about 17 years. This is more of a body fat thing or a lack there of. When I'm dieting down for a competition my body fat is generally lower than what's recommended so it stops...then starts when I've bounced back. But what you're saying is right - I did find that when I'm off it, it's NEVER…

I've often wondered if those who undergo this type of life style change are sent to counseling of any sort to deal with the reason's behind why they over indulge? I know here in some parts of Canada, before you are selected for any kind of weight loss surgery you must go through a designated length of therapy to address…

YUPPPP - I've had it all over the place. Sometimes I get it every 2 weeks, and others not at all.

LOL! Yes ma'am I do - but I also eat a lot of fibre and take fish oils. They help that stuff move along.

THIS!!! I am currently dieting for competition and eating about 200grs of protein a day. Every meal (all 6 of them) include a protein of some sort. Also as another user stated its tough to tell without the macros listed.

I'm not a nutritionists OR a trainer, but I see a definitive lack of protein in your diet. Might want to look at adding a serving to each meal?

+1 - spot on. Adding weights and weight training to your routine helps boost your metabolism by adding muscle. If you're worried about getting bulky because you're lifting - don't. That's not going to happen without specific supplementation. Also first time post for me! Woot!
