Very inspiring, fantastic job man! You look great and have given yourself extra years on your life, you should be very proud.

Great work!

Judging from your diary, you are doing a great job. I would just continue to crank up protein and limit carbs while doing your workouts.

Big difference! Nice job!

Wow great job!

I've been there!!! I grew up a stress eater and still fight temptations but it gets better. I still remember Freshman year of college I gained 27 pounds because of the stress. Senior year of college I went from 180 lbs to 212 (32!) and that was just last year. (9 years in between Freshman and Senior year, it's been a long…

Hello! I am consuming mass amounts of protein every day, around your 160. Check out my diary entries. I would suggest that you start and end your days with lean protein (Jillian's protein is healthy and free of a lot of crap that other protein drinks have). I go with Carbmaster yogurts and lean meats. Good luck!

I was addicted for years...kept going back and forth. Would drink at least a two liter a day if not more. I gave it up for 2011 and have only had a couple of drinks of soda since and will never go back...you feel so much better without it.

Wow, you're a knockout! Great job.

Wow. You look great and a lot younger as well

I'd like to see what your food diary contains. If you are just starting back and working hard at it, make sure to stay away from sodium. High sodium will make you retain a lot of water and make it seem as though you are not making progress even though you may be.

Can we know what "fad" diet? I am on a diet as well, not sure what would be considered a fad diet lol. Just be careful of pills, there are much better healthy natural supplements. I am taking Vemma products and doing a cycle diet, very high in lean meat protein, stay away from carbs. (I think of it as a healthier Atkins)

Good going! Seriously. You have started to change your lifestyle, and that is the best thing you could have done for yourself (I just started as well). If you are working out, you are possibly gaining muscle. Stick with this thing, you will see results. Watch the salt, watch the carbs, good luck!

I'm In!!! I am getting married in August and want to look great for me....and to look like I belong next to my beautiful and supportive bride. Good luck! Just by taking good steps and sticking to it, you can do 1-pound a week and get down 30 pounds by August without killing yourself.

Good luck, you can get to your goal! My family is always saying you look great when I am overweight, and when I get close to being back in shape, I always get "You look too skinny.." and I hate that because I can read a body mass index and know that I am still slightly overweight and certainly not skinny. I think finding…

Very nice ideas! My future brother in law lives 200 ft away and has two dogs. Taking a dog for a run would be great during my lunch break, much less boring than trying to do it alone.

I like these, thank you!

I do get a lunch. I have tried a couple of times going to the gym on lunch, hard to keep going consistently, especially when I get busy with work and don't take a lunch until much later.

WOW! Great Job!!!

Great job Kat! I am brand new too. My mom has been telling me about this for a year and I finally joined yesterday. The food calorie counter is amazing...has like every food programmed into it, very helpful.

Hello Becka, good luck, you can do it! I am 27, just started a new diet and am gearing up for my wedding in August. (I am getting back in shape for myself, but it is nice to have extra motivation)
