Cardio day, 15 minutes on Stairmill/Stairmaster intervals , 15 minutes on Eliptical trainer, intervals , 10 further minutes on the Stairmill, intervals 10 minutes on indoor bike, intervals.

general advice : buy smaller dinner plates, automatically means smaller portions and the image of a full plate before you eat, makes your brain think "thats a lot of food" mfp advice: check your entries are correct against any packaged food you are scanning/logging, there are a lot of innacurate entries on mfp.

if you want to see the needle on the scale go down, concentrate on the quantity and quality of food you eat. Working at a higher intensity should promote a quicker weight loss if your diet is good, forget the fat zone/ fitness zone stuff, eat right and workout as hard as you can.

you will never get a truly 100% accurate, number no matter what you use if it bothers you that much just take 100 or so cals off your hrm total when you exercise. or don't eat back all your exercise calories.

yep 4.3/5 mph is a fast walk, so it would get your heart rate up,but on the flat not so sure about the calorie burn,but it's not completely out of the ball park, i use a polar hrm with gps and endomondo to track my walks, i walk at about 4 mph, over moors and get a similar burn in an hour.
