Yeah, I've gained weight in the past due to medication, i know how fast a easy it is to gain. Go to your dr a ask his/her opinion.

I've picked half a kilo, I usually stick a dozen or so in some yoghurt but would love more. My dad will have some to make a crumble.

Thanks for the feedback, I did eat carbs at breakfast and lunchtime but come bedtime obviously not enough so I had a sandwich (whole meal bread) a slept no problem.
