Here you go: I was 155 to start (5'2") and now I'm 129ish. Trying to get to 115 hopefully.

Well here they are. 25 lbs GONE. I don't see a huge difference between last months and this month but that's ok. :) I am down 5.8 lbs and an inch off the waist and an inch off a thigh. :)

Ahhh...that's so cute! Thank you for the nice words. I can't wait for my assessment tomorrow! I think there will be another big change in size (not so much scale but oh well who cares lol).

Some of you have asked what I have been doing so here it is in a nutshell: Eating: I have been eating 'clean' about 98% of the time. No more than 1200 calories for women. 5 to 6 small meals a day. Clean to me is a having a 20 gm Protein / 20 gm Carbs for the first 3 meals of the day. An example would be for bfast: Coaches…

I agree about the younger part! I FEEL younger also. Friday is my next assessment. I don't feel like I've dropped much weight but definitely some more inches. :)

The two pictures are so similar but yet so very different. In the first, you have your cell phone in hand and the city behind you. You look 'blah'. The next you are on top of a mountain with a completely new look and attitude. I love it!!!! Great job.

I figured this group might like to see my progress pictures. I'm 5'2 and I was 155 before and 135 in the 'after' photo. I am planning on getting down to around 120 lbs. It's really amazing what 20 lbs can do to us shorties. :)

I think another 10-15 is reasonable...it will all depend on what I look like when I get there. I would love to be a solid size 4. I'm so short (5' 2") so that seems reasonable to me. I have been eating clean and staying to around 1200 calories a day and doing spin class about 3-4 x a week plus 2 days of resistance…
