I do the C25K program on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays, I for sure do weights/strength training. I use them for burgers, mini pizzas, or just for a good ol' fashioned sandwich. I've found they sometimes hold up better for burgers if I put them in the toaster first before adding the burger/toppings. :)

I've made up these Cauliflower Buffalo Bites before. Coat bite-sized pieces of cauliflower with a light dusting of flour and bake on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree F oven until done. Then, toss them in buffalo sauce. Enjoy! I like to eat them with raw carrots and celery with either a low cal ranch or blue cheese dressing.…
