Just because it didn't show up this week, doesnt mean you havent done anything. It will show up. Don't let the number on the scale stress you. Just know that you are having more defecit days then not. Keep your head up and keep movin. It will come off!

Let me rephrase my inital topic. I am trying to determine which would be a better on the go quick meal, if something is exactly the same in calories, carbs and protein but 1 is higher in fat and the other is higher in sugar. Is there an obvious better choice?

I am so glad this challenge fell on a weekend that my daughter was with her dad! When she is with me I feel like I get no "me" time. Thank you everyone! Besides being overweight absolutely no health issues here (that I know of and knock on wood). I have very little variety of foods that I do like, so I thought just sticking to proteins and under my calorie count would work. I appreciate all of the responses :)
