I agree anytime that works for you is best I go to the gym at 8PM at night that way I get home about 9:15 I take a shower relax and watch TV and I go to sleep

I think everyone has shared good advice and I agree. If you quit now you will look back and say what if...what if I did not quit. You will regret it. Trust me I have been there time and time again. Just logging in and posting your food no matter how well you do that day is a start. Take baby steps. Don't quit.

I work out on the elipitical about 4 days a week. It works for me because I do not like treadmills (I am afraid of them actually) and unless you are at full run you will not burn as much on a treadmill.

Absolutely love this and I am guilty of following these steps. I am so bad that I weigh myself every morning before I get in the shower.

I am not an expert but I think it is because butter is natural and margarine is not. I try to stay away from processed foods.

I am an IPOD girl....I have to focus on the music to get myself through it and a good fast pace and if I look at how much time has elasped I am trouble. I live for the cool down beep.. :blushing:

Kat, I am the same way...I must have 4 different sizes in my closet. It has gotten to the point that my husband has had to move his clothes out of the walk in to the spare bedroom down the hall. It's a bit crazy I know...
