I have a question. I breaded some boneless skinless chicken breasts and cooked it in a small amount of vegatable oil. How does that impact the amount of calories and fat?

I count all of the oil i put in the pan. There isn't a good way to figure out how, much fat is absorbed when pan frying or deep frying.0

You need to count the oil you put in the pan. Say you cooked 3 servings of the chicken and cooked it in 1 tablespoon of oil, I'd say there's 1 tsp of oil per serving.0

thanks everyone for your help. This is helpful.0

You could count how much oil you put in the pan and then after cooking measure the remaining oil. Subtract remaining oil from original.0
