i bought my first tunic ever the other day at Club Monaco...in a SIZE SMALL and it was long enough and loose enough to cover me! and guys..ive NEVER been a small in shirts lol so maybe check out Club Monaco's tunics if you're into them!

I think you are right about waiting after the first batch! I literally stood in the kitchen, ate the first bowl, then made the second right after. I guess that didnt give my stomach enough time to feel more satisfied? Good idea!

Im looking for something more low cal because by 11 30 pm i had already eaten a little over my daily calorie goal anyway and that two bowls was like having an extra meal. :/

do you like egg whites? they are a quick way to get loads of protein without the carbs or calories :)..among plenty of other foods aswell!

I workout in the mornings and burn around 700 calories a day and i always have trouble trying to to eat all my calories when i plan out my meals ...but when i dont plan them out im always overeating lol...but im not usually hungry because i snack between meals...and drink alot of water ? idk..

I have been on the HCG diet and while doctor oz and others agree that it is safe on the body...its REALLY tough mentally. Ive been on and off HCC about 6 times and I failed everytime! lol..SOME have the will power to carry on through the entire thing..i just couldnt...eating 500 cals a day..no way..i love food way too…

Im 5'11 and I have been 150 and it looks almost exactly like my 160 :/ lol My goal is 140-135. However..i've never been below 150 so it really depends on how I look and feel at that weight

Im 5'11 and my BF is 6'11 and we met on Twitter lol. He thinks I shouldnt lose weight..but i understand that to HIM I am a small person lol..but to everyone else IM the giant!
