Totally agree...there are some days where I only hit it once if at all and others where I will sit there and "play" with what I can eat that day and then press the button. It's an addiction, but it's doing me good, cause I keep losing weight.

Just be sure to make sure that the nutritional information that pops up is the same for what you are scanning. Though it happens very infrequently, every now and then the product has changed some and the info will not match up. But yes, the barcode scanner is amazing and a great time-saver.

I was talking to a friend who has the whole series (I am trying to get a copy for myself from them) and they said it was great for losing weight and toning up. I am not too sure about what kind of muscle mass you will gain though.
