I've looked into 5x5 and that doesn't really appeal to me. I've never heard of ice cream fitness, so I'll look into that, but other than that, I don't know of any other programs, so if you have any more that you can recommend, I'd appreciate it.

The whole gym thing is a tricky situation. I'm able to go with my friend every once in a while, because she work at the YMCA and gets me in, but we don't go religiously. Other than the times that I go with her, I don't have access to one.

Try, but I wasn't looking at a chart or anything to calculate this, I went and had it done by someone who went to school for all of this mumbo jumbo. He took my measurement, did a buoyancy test to determine my body fat, and a whole lot of other good stuff, and then we made a plan to help me get down to my ideal weight.
