Maybe I will try this for a week! So, what would you typically eat following this plan? No too heavy meals, right?

No,not that I am deliberately staving myself or skipping meals during the day. Following a heavy breakfast, if I am not hungry, I don't eat. If I do eat, I am sure that I would just snack on sugary stuff and feel bloated for the rest of the day. I will look out for nourishing 300 cal meals!

I drink my neat, no gas (carbonated)! I have up'ed my intake since giving up all forms of soda (diet coke) on the 1st of October.

Week 8 of Insanity. Did Max Plyo yesterday and I burnt more calories than my previous attempts. I definitely worked harder. I have the rest of this week to done and whole of next week, then I am done.

What is air popcorn? I am curious because I have a major problem with popcorn, in that, anytime that I walk past a large packet of Toffee Butterkist, it just ends up in my shopping basket! And when I open the packet, I just have to finish it, sometimes, in one go!

Day 2, month 2: Hated almost every single bit of Max Interval Plyo today, but I pulled through... Only just!! Hope it gets better at the week progresses. OMG!!!
