Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
I have just started the Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD. It is a 55 minute workout (maybe 50 after all her talking!). I find that it is a combination of the 30 Day Shred, but more intensive. Has anyone done it, still doing it, and what were you results? EniBee
