I get 8 hours on the dot. I lay down at 10:00 and am asleep by 10:30 if not before and don't have to snooze at 6:30 I feel rested until the afternoon

Yes, I run frequently to reduce my stress. I try at least 20 minutes for 3 times per week.

I review my diary and it is closer to 1400. I'm sitting in class most of the time so that shouldn't use up too much energy? Maybe I just need more carbs?

I'm scared to nap because I'm back into the swing of 10:30 bedtime and 6:30 am alarm.

I normally run mon. wed. fri. I just got up to 30 minutes but feel like I can run longer I just get bored because it's beeing raining alot and I don't have anywhere to safely run without just running in a circle. When running I run about 10 minutes miles on a good day and 11.5 on a slow one. I would like to get down below…

I had oatmeal and yogurt today before for breakfast. Yesterday I worked out in the afternoon and had lots of beans and brown rice. My diary is open.

I have been doing planks after every workout for about a month now and it really tones everything. I hold for a minute doing front, and side planks and do two sets. Then I do push ups to try and keep strengthening my arms. I really can tell a difference in the muscle definition of my abs.

I'm 20 and wanna lose a little bit of weight. haven't been able to lose any so far! CW:140 GW: 130
