I followed a ketosis diet (IDeal protein) for 10 weeks and loss 30 pounds! But i had to take vitamins (calcium, potassium, magnesium) and had to eat 4 cups of veggies a day, and a lot of protein.. probly 65g or so. It was SO tough - no drinkiing, no fruit, but I leanred to cook for it and got sort of unadiccted to mindless…

It is actually pretty yummy. The secret ingredient is hot pepper paste so dont skip it. I found mine at the dollar store.

I am not too concerned with salt.. but you could use the 30% less sodium one. I just used no name chicken broth.

2 portions of fruit per day is all you need if you want smoothies maybe go the protein route and save your sugars for real fruit

Your value is not the number on the scale. You cannot let this number define you and weighing every day does this.

I used to weigh myself every day but it was not good for me. MY suggestion is that you pick 1 day a week and you stick to it. I weigh every Friday. If I am up, I try to be really good the next week, and if I am down, I just keep on doing what I'm doing.

if i work out ill eat over 1200 a day... you need to give your body enough fuel or it will treat every calory like triple what you are eating thus defeating the purpose

i try to eat half my weight in protein.. then that doesnt allow for too many carbs. but if you stop eating them you will binge on them. I think it's best to eat them in moderation but it's tough. you just have to talk yourself out of over eating carbs.

IF i am careful in food choices all week I do allow myself one cheat day on the weekends where I eat chips or pizza or something. I followed a diet called IDeal protein which has 4 phases.. the last one is maintenance and it requires you take one cheat day per week. then you follow your cheat day with a very low carb day…

Hey I'm pretty much a carb addict too. What helps me is NOT eating carbs for breakfast.. because it seems I want them the rest of the day. I have an egg usually.
