you can even scan deli meats now. just have a scale for accuracy

YUP, prep. but weigh, measure, have a scale. Use your smart phone to easily scan. Think of your refridgerater as a huge salad bar with proteins, such as chicken, eggs, etc... Add everything but the kitchen sink. Don't say YUK. I have reluctantly followed advice and now eat all sorts of different inexpensive things…

Hi Sarah! Eat the majority of your calories from high protein sources, poultry, fish, peanut butter, and yes, greek yogurt Finally, get yourself a good activity tracker. Now Im new to the fitbit charge HR so can't recommend yet, but go to a sports store and perhaps try the polar FT7 or newer and less expensive than the…

It worked! Thank You!!! Until Christmas and I get a Fitbit Charge HR, at least I have something more to go from than the eliptical itself!!!

But now have support from my husband and am more motivated than the last time to just look good for the reunion. I am now having health issues. At 50, I am moderately obese, hypertensive…

Youre probably getting plenty of exercise with 3 young ones. Make sure you are eating your calorie goal and throw some squats/pushups etc. through out the day if you can't get to the gym...

tend to be under, no problem losing. A diet higher iin protein tends to keep you feeling satiated longer.

Friends with you now on FB. Thanks. Quick question. There seem to be so many variations in calories when it comes to red meats (different cuts of steaks/roasts, ect). I do scan codes when I can, but tend to go to the meat market for steaks, roasts, etc. Do you have a "go to" site that you believe to be most accurate?

  :drinker:

Another 10-15 pounds, and you may find it too big. IMO, you look fabulous, flaunt it.

Agreed. Here's hoping he puts his stubborness aside and listens more to centerized Clinton. I guess they havent hit it off in the past socially, but he needs to put that aside and find a way to bargain with the republicans to get his job done.

If you keep your goals in MFP up to date, it will give you the correct cals to eat. Having said that, you would need a heart rate monitor , scale, and be strict on eating well, cal in/cal out. Having said that, it seems you have some good experience. You do not need to eat every singe calorie back. Once your at goal weight…

Yes, yes, yes and yes. I have not read any comments. But in my RN opinion, and my own experience, my answer will always be yes. Feed your kids healthy at home. When they get older, they will have to make some decisions, and hopefully will make the right ones.

My stats were like yours in February. I had no idea (and frankly was a bit confused with alot of the terms) so I just ate what MFP told me to and then ate back my exercise cals. just like MFP told me. I bought a HRM Pf7 for accuracy. I weighed and measured my food, "learned the MFP bible and lost all my weight by the…
