I'm glad to read your story. Congrats on a job well done. You have encouraged me today. I am having issues getting my excercise in. I have knee pain and can't do the turbo kickboxing that I once loved, but your story reminds me that I need to find an excercise that works for me.

I am so encouraged by your self discipline. I am in the process of training my body to want the healthy stuff and just take a bite of the not so good stuff and walk away not feeling like a failure, but instead a success. Congrats on your NSV!
