I use to get those often as a salad. I would skip the rice and get both beans. I also would get the kids moo moo chow and it was less money but I would not get the chip,cookies or soda...I love the salsa and for only 5 chips. I would love to know the calories because I am craving one. Thanks, Boopis67

I always go over my sugar from fruit. Also with the fiber I go over but isn't it good to get extra fiber.

I try to eat my calories because when I log in to the "MY HOME" summary page it will tell you if you are eating too few calories. I normally have to eat between 1500-1700 calories a day to get the proper amount of calories.

Can someone explain to me the strenght training log in? It does not calculate or is added in with my meal plan. It only logs in the cardio...for instance if I do 30 min on elliptical it will log in the 260 calories I burned but what about my free weights or strenght training...Should I get extra calories for doing those…

Do anyone drink coffee while trying to lose weight. I try to only have one cup a week with half/half with equal. I was just wondering if the caffeine slows down weight loss.
