Elizabeth I don't drink green tea cause it tastes horrible, the Capsules I take contain the equivalent of 6 cups so I am getting all the benefits in need in one gulp, I won't be stopping them as I love the energy, the healthy and fast growing nails and hair, the change in my skin, the sound sleep I get, amazing!

naomi well MFP says I should eat 1200 which I was doing but I burn about 400-500 per day with exercise so really I was only eating 700-800, it worked for 1st 5 weeks and I lost 10 pounds but then i hit a plateau for 4 weeks so i upped to 1400 and I have lost 1 pound, but i'm still burning 400-500 per day so really still…
