I do! I have a Heart Rate Monitor though so when I go to the gym and start my workout cardio/weight lifting I start it and then when I am done I stop and log what it reads. Weight lifting burns a lot more than I thought it would.

I also have a desk job and get no exercise during the day. I only workout 3-4 times a week for about a hour each day. I ended up raising my calorie goal to 1400 and I have done a lot better. I have ended up losing 15 pound in 3 months doing this so it is possible!

I just got the force about 3 weeks ago and I love it. It links right to MFP and has an app on my phone where I can track everything. It combines with all the stuff on MFP to give me a better idea of what I should be eating each day not just the solid 1200 cal like MFP likes to give

I am a little confused by this. I have both and use both regularly. I only use my HRM when I am in workout mode and the Fitbit all the time. I have a polar f7 got it off of Ebay for $70 and I just got my mom a polar f6 off there for $20. I would really stick to Polar brand and yes they are a big help in counting calories. I also have a Fitbit Force that I use in conjunction with it. I have lost almost 15 pounds in 90 days but that is with good eating also.

I am in LOVE with my IUD I have the merina. This is my 2nd one only bcause my 5 years were up and time to get a new one. I spotted and cramped a little for the first 3 months then after that I never had a period!!! It has worked wonderfully! I also never seen any weight gain with it either.
