My husband is an over-the-road truck driver and he takes food with him on every trip. He has a cooler that is electric...it plugs into the lighter and it also has some other funky hookup they can use in those big rigs. I'm on day 86 without processed flour or sugar. I've replaced everything I can think of in my kitchen with it's sugar free counterpart, so even my kids are having to suffer through this with me. I do eat fruit a few times a week, but I've eliminated other kinds of sugar wherever possible. I'm finally used to sugar free…

Well today's treat is ice cream and all the toppings for sundaes. I think next year I'm calling in sick all week when we are "appreciated" again. Our sweet secretary is bringing a veggie tray tomorrow for us to share. She and I are the only ones who will probably eat it. LOL!!!

Only 8-10 oz a DAY? Maybe 8-10 glasses a day, or MORE, but if you only do 8-10 oz a day, you'll dehydrate. Be careful! :)

I want to be healthy...I want to live long enough to be a burden to my children as payback for their raising. As an aside, I'd love to LOOK like the "trophy wife" my husband teases me about being, since I'm almost 8 years younger than him. ;)

I married at 21 and was with him for 17 years...then I found myself widowed with three young sons to raise alone. Waited three years before I was ready to date again, then met a wonderful man and married him 12/31/10. :)
