Starting this challenge a tad late (was sick with laryngitis). My goal is 30 miles. I have 4 miles in today, so only 26 more to go! Today i power walked pushing my toddler in the stroller and babywearing my 3 month old. Tomorrow will likely be on the elliptical.

I never said no smack lol...if talking smack keeps your *kitten* moving talk away lol....but do it in an encouraging way lol.....I'm back! Since I'm only counting running this month and I figured I shouldn't run yesterday after my half marathon, I didn't check into this forum all day, and boy are there a lot of great updates! Everyone is doing so well...too many to name you all. Keep it up!
I ran a quick 3 miles today. You guys are so funny. I was trying to be encouraging and point out that Jonny is clipping off 8.5 minute miles, which means I have lots of work to do to catch him since I can barely get under 10 minutes. Btw, I hate the fact that I don't get to come on here and log my miles on the days I walk. This is the last time I do running only LOL Great run today Jonny! But fair warning, I'm going to try to catch up with you tomorrow.0 -

Here are my goals. 100 miles walking, 200 miles on my new bike.
Well I am on track with the walking with 27.6 miles in, but a very slow start on the bike. I have only got in 34.5 miles so far and should be around 70 if I want to complete my goal. Heading out shortly to add a few more miles. Think I will need to go out twice a day as I can only get in about 7 or 8 miles each ride before my butt starts to get sore. Hope to be able to update this thread more often. Keep it healthy everyone. Carla
