Well, I think my bike goal of 200 miles this month is going to be tough to reach. I will make the 100 miles walking as I am on track there (39.6 miles), but so far off on the bike (only 40.5 miles). I will need to ride about 10 miles a day for the rest of the month. Well, I will give it my best try. On the positive side, my weight is starting to move again. I lost about half a pound this week. 10 miles today. New job means I get to walk part way to work so I am cutting down on the miles moved with cross trainer and exercise bike for a while.
