    I am setting my May goal at 70 miles. I am a beginner runner and love to walk. I should have no issues getting the 70 miles in.

    3.6 miles of cycling in a short cardiac rehab session. May try to get to the gym again tonight to do a little more.

    15.325 miles down and 44.675 to get to my goal.

    I think I might be crazy or addicted to running. I left home at 4:30 am to meet a running group for 4:45 am. What in the world? My alarm for work doesn't go off until 5:45 am. I ran my 3.14 miles in under 40 minutes, stretched, went home, and got ready for work. To my surprise I wasn't tired all day. Humm? Might have to try that one again.

    I moved my @ss 6.25 miles today. .5.25 Running/fFAST walking on T.M. and 1 mile cool down on the bike PLUS my Jillian Michaels Body Rev workout!!! I had a great calorie burn!!!

    20.145 miles down and 39.855 miles to hit my goal.

    May 4th- 2 miles jogging
    May 7th- 7 miles spinning
    Total = 25 out of 100 miles :smile:

    Checking in - added a 3 mile run on Saturday - Sunday a 3 mile run and 2.5 mile beach walk and then another 3 mile run and 2.5 mile beach walk on Monday - so this brings my total to 25.5 / 80 for the month!
  • Updating my stats. This challenge has me pumped.

    May 1 - 4.106 mile (jogging/walking)
    May 2 - 2.076 mile (jog)
    May 3 - 2.258 mile (jog)
    May 4 - 2.114 mile (jog)
    May 7 - 4.2 mile (3 mi jog/1.2 mi walk)

    Total: 14.75 miles
    GOAL: 70 Miles in May

    55.25 miles to go!!!

    This sounds like a great way to get into being accountable for my exercise...so I'm in. SInce I'm a walker and not sure how many miles I can do, I'll go with a total of 700 minutes of walking for the month.
