I definitely crochet on the recumbent bike... or did, when I used it more  !! Time to start doing that again...

Hi from North Berwick!

This all looks so delicious... I'm a mom to a little boy that LOVES to eat (he's 14 months and will eat ANYTHING I give him, so I'm trying to get the healthy stuff in!!!), and between an hour commute and an active boy, my husband and I are having a tough time finding good foods that are easy and quick to make, that we're…

I'm from Manchester, lived in Dover for a bit, and now live just over the border in North Berwick, Maine. However, I work in Portsmouth, so I'm partially NH. :)

5'7" HW: 240 SW w/ MFP: 211 CW: 179.5 GW: 170 ultimate goal: I just want to fit in my old clothes, that may be around 165 or so. I'm going to reevaluate as I go.

I cooked a spaghetti squash last night, cooked some chicken sausage, and put a portabello mushroom marinara sauce over everything. Sprinkled with shredded mozzarella. It reheated nicely for lunch today, too! Delicious.

Amazing!!! You're such an inspiration. As someone going through a rough patch right now - not doing too well motivation-wise - your story really helps me see that I CAN do it. Thank you!

Gluten is my trigger. I have EDS - hypermobility - and Fibromyalgia, and I've found that being gluten free keeps my pain at bay. I've also found that the more I lose, the less pain I have. So. I need to be gluten-free. It's incredibly difficult to stick to when I don't have the stomach issues that initially caused me to go…

I am Kristin, originally from Manchester, NH but currently living in North Berwick, ME and working in Portsmouth. Hello! :flowerforyou:

Today I'll stay on track because for the first time in almost 20 years, my knees aren't always bothering me. I never believed the doctors when they said that just a few pounds would cause the horrible stress on my already awful joints... stupid, stupid me.

I haven't. A bit of an excuse, but a valid one nonetheless... I have an 11-month-old, so my writing time at this point is somewhat non-existent. The story is completely in my head. However, I have been fleshing it out a bit more (again, in my head), and I am going to start putting it down on paper within the next few days…

OP already deactivated the account... good to know.

Welcome! I've been on here since February, doing pretty well so far, but can always use motivation and friendship. I'm willing to give the same! I'll send you both friend requests :) Have a great day! Kristin

From what I've seen, all milk has the same general amount of potassium. Here's something I found on the National Dairy Council's website. http://www.nationaldairycouncil.org/SiteCollectionDocuments/education_materials/dietary_guidance/PotassiumRecommendationFactSheetFINAL.pdf

I feel your pain. I have EDS and Fibro, and the humidity makes everything worse. Plus, on Saturday I was washing baby bottles (I have a 10-month-old), and I pulled something in my already-painful thumb. So, with the HHH weather causing my joints and muscles to ache, a VERY active 10-month-old boy, and no energy, my eating…

Real bread. Baguettes. Italian bread. Sourdough. GF bread just isn't the same.
