Yes, this is exactly what's been happening to me! Having a cheat day can cause me to gain about 2-3 pounds! Like a fool, I've been on Mirena for 5 years and I've been having issues for the same amount of time.

most of the people i know use the circuit training

you can do it. try to do some extra walking, maybe even 15 minutes during the day when you can. when i did it the last time, i used my 15 minute breaks at work to go walking. I felt much better and i could tell that it helped with increasing my endurance.

yes, but you will really be surprised at how much you improve each session and every level. I've seen this with myself and a friend that started it because of my results last time.

hey everyone, day 4 here completed. is everyone doing 6 days on each week? i have moved to using 5lb weights on the 1st rep then 10lbs on the 2nd. on the 2nd circuit it kind of kills me so im thinking about scaling it back a bit. i am excited to see the results at the end of this dvd, i had really really good results from…
