I love Barolo wines - my favourite grape is nebbiolo. I decant mine 24 hours in advance and leave to chill in a coldish room. I enjoy it with gammon roasted in honey. Yummy!

I used to run three times a week. When I did, it was the middle of the day and, to avoid any uncomfortable bloating, I would eat lunch and then run 3 hours later. Eating so early in the morning may not work for you, so I would suggest going for a run earlier and then eating breakfast later, when you will actually be hungry.

I used to hate carrots but I now can't get enough. If I had, in front of me, a plate of steamed carrots and 3 chocolate bars, I would discard the chocolate.

I also hate the gym. I hate the physical act of exercising (apart from riding a horse) but, for some reason, afterwards I just think "yeah, I feel great, can't wait to do that again!", swiftly followed by "ARE YOU MENTAL"?? I have only recently taken up horse riding and the fact that I love it has given me drive to work…

Hi! you only have to add food to MFP - it automatically corsses over to Fitbit. Also, fitbit will automatically adjust your calorie allowance on MFP, depending on how much exercise you do. :)
