  • I'm thinking you may not be drinking enough? Seems to me that if you are dehydrated, you would not sweat. Try drinking water before you exercise.
  • Thanks for making me laugh this morning! I'm thinking that if I swallowed a fly, I would burn LOTS of calories all day . . .retching & trying to throw that thing up! blech! Hope your day gets better!
  • You have to remember that size 9 is a junior size and 6-8 are misses sizes. There is a difference in the cut and the fit. That is probably the size difference. Don't be tres sad....you are on the right track!

  • Hi! Count me in! I pledge to do 120 minutes of exercise this week and drink at least 64 oz of water each day before I allow myself any diet coke. :) I need to lose at least 50 pounds (really more like 60).   • Count me in! I am going to have to do the wall push ups for now....I have ZERO arm strength! haha It has been WAAAAY too long since I've done a push up (and even then they were the girlie ones).
