Just joined this website, hoping that the accountibilty and being able to see my daily progress will help me get attain a better BMI. I don't like being over weight, and I'm ready to feel healthy again. Pain Pain go away! ;)

    Welcome to MFP. I joined at the beginning of the month. This website is an excellent tool of keeping track of what you eat and the exercise you do (although, I haven't gotten on the exercise train yet.).
