  • Went up and down the stairs a few times yesterday, but we only have one flight of stairs at work, and I can't just be working out on them (as I'm at work.). Probably did about ten flights total in the day. I'll continue through the weekend with stairs instead of other options...

  • I got a few of the colors in with my salad. Purple orange green red. And yellow in with my breakfast egg! I am missing blue but I think I did pretty good conisdering the only food I an think of that is blue is blueberries and they might be good for you but I don't like them...

  • I ate my luch at my desk and spent my lunch break walking, I'm kind of proud of myself for finding time to fit it in to my day.
