I cant split my emotions between people like that, I need to only focus on one person and give them all to that one, not several. Maybe I am just to old school, I think people do that when they are always settling for less. They are like sexual hoarders, trying to fill a space but never finding satisfaction.

Did some stairs today, that was tiring and embarrassing. I sure hope it confused my body from the normal walking. Not sure what I could do tomorrow. I am at 1924 day 2 so I think by Sunday I'll pass 4000. :)

I did mention stretchmarks cause it reduces them a lot if you are consistent but that was only one of the benefits.

@Diver71 I would too but I am buying better food with my $ instead. I ask my husband to do it but he does it with not as much pressure as id like. When I ask for more pressure he says he doesn't wanna hurt me, so I just do it myself. you know where your muscles hurt the most and know what feels good and doesn't.

Nice, of course the ultimate reward is the weight loss but doing those things to help boost you a bit more helps along the way. Can't wait for that day to get here. Only thing I fear is plateauing . :/

I added some of you girls with the height of 5'2 and almost the same weight loss to lose as me. That way we can side when we go through certain phases.

That's affordable here its like 35 a month. :/ Wish there was something around that price range here.

I think for now I'll just do most of it at home but when I need to tone etc. I might have to pick up a Gym Membership cause there is only so much dumbbells and a ball can do. :/

Nice, I love how many responses I got. I think from this we can say that losing weight doesn't need a gym membership. Some people have a block saying I can't afford to work out this helps. So excited. :)
