I changed the IMG to img and this is what i got. I haven't moved anything. I just now put it there. Anyway, my profile pic is my latest painting, a Rockhopper Penguin. I'm doing a whole series of Birds Around The World. My ticker is a painting I did of bubbles. :)

Just saw this thread. Since I'm an artist, the word "Painting" drew my attention, lol. I just finished this one. It is #33 in a series of 50 that I have planned. I've edited this several times to get it to work. I give up.

I always include the tea I drink in my water count. After all, it is water with some tea in it. I drink strictly herbal green and white teas, which have less caffeine. Mine is very weak, just enough to give a little bit of flavor so it's easy to get down compared to plain water.

Day two is better. Don't give up. You WILL get stronger. You don't have to keep up with the peeps on the video. Just do what you can do, and over time, you will improve. Guaranteed. I am starting month 2 tomorrow!

I just started it last week. The first day after the fit test was the hardest for me, but I already have attained a certain level of fitness to where I was really not sore the next day. You can get the calipers at fitness stores that sell treadmills, weights, etc.

Only time I'm wearing clothes to sleep is if I'm freezing, and I rarely feel cold. Haven't worn pj's since I was 17 unless visiting and staying over someplace. I hate the restrictive feeling of clothing on me when I'm sleeping.
