I have dropped 20 pounds (10 since joining MFP) and moved from being obese to overweight. On my way to normal.

    That's awesome! I'm about six pounds away from no longer being overweight. When I started this journey I was obese.

    I was truly excited when I passed that milestone a couple of weeks ago. I had no idea how much it would mean to me. I hated the word obese.
