Listen to your body and don't eat if you're not hungry. You'll make up for it another day when the cravings may get the best of you.

Eeeeeee!!!! I had no plans and it worked out great. I went to 3 different houses, I made sure to have pie at each place. I was out all day and night. It was perverted and delightful. All 4,000,000 calories went directly to my quality of life. :smokin: :drinker:

What! WTH! And this isn't the first time? Write a letter. The portions are so small and the calories are so low. I wouldn't give up a single noodle, pea, or dash of salt. I'm just saying.....

HI 81. I'm hoping that my hunger will eventually taper off as well. I think I'm trying to stretch too few calories across too many hours. I eat breakfast at 6 am and my lunch isn't until 11 am. I'm a little dizzy by then.

Yesterday was a special treat for me. A few errands and 2 doctor's appointments to discuss smoking cessation. Besides, how do you eat a baked potato and salad while driving. I don't mind at all if you review my diary but you got to look at more than just one special, planned binge day.

I eat what's on sale. But I will definately give chicken breast another chance since it's on sale this week!

For now, I only track calories. When my weight loss stalls, I will tweek something like sodium or carbs. I want this new lifestyle to become second nature before I micromanage every morsel.
