Definitely eat them back. I didn't know of that until using MFP for about 35 days. I was doing insanity and was burning about 750 calories per workout and NOT eating them back. I was putting in a lot of effort and seeing hardly any results (1-2 lbs/week if lucky). I was also always tired. I then found out through message…

I don't know what it is about you, but when I look at you I can feel my heartbeat in my weiner.

Actually, both of those work.

Why do I get the feeling that your listed on the FamilyWatchdog website and have little league world series games taped on VHS?

I was told that you're passing out bubble gum and blowies and I don't see any more gum.

Pack your bags cuz I'm gonna take you to pound town.

What a coincidence! My shoulders are a little cold and you're wearing tall socks.
-
You'd have to be pretty loud cuz the concert i'm at is the Foo Fighters. They sound storm your ear castles.

Aside-- iam_thatdude. You may wanna take another pick wearing a shirt of a different color. You can't see the phone at first glance and it looks like your gesticulating an answer to the question, "How big is your d**k"? That .. or get a bigger phone.

Can I jam my Watson in your Crick?

If you can't see, you can sit on my shoulders.....backwards. (works on short girls at concerts)

You might want to try a B vitamin complex and/or multivitamin. 3k-5k% of B vitamins tend to increase energy levels and mental acuity without the unwanted side effects of high amounts of caffeine (trembling, anxiety, follow-up crash, etc). If you decide to do this I would highly recommend talking to your physician first as…

If you want bluetooth and android compatibility your best bet is probably something from polar. If these are not a necessity for you, I would recommend the sportline duo. It has caloric output and I picked mine up for only 24 bones on ebay. It has worked without incident for over a year now.

That does seem like a bit too much. Over-consuming water can cause damage due to organ swelling, particularly the brain. It is also possible that if you crave that much water you may be borderline diabetic. If you are just drinking that much because you are compensating for sweat loss then I wouldn't worry too much about.…

I used to get hip flexor injuries in high school sports (football, wrestling, track) all the time. I was told by my athletic trainer that if I could tolerate the pain, then go for it. In your case, you are not sprinting so an acute and drastic injury is not very likely but not impossible. I would only rest my injuries for…

The Foo Fighters. They played over 2.5 hours when I saw them in Pittsburgh recently. Audioslave and ACDC were tied for my favorite prior to the FF.

I use a heart rate monitor and my 2nd half insanity workouts (MAX vids) all suggested somewhere in the 1200-1400kcals range (i'm 27, male, 220 lbs). I think that is high so I just assumed 900-1000 cals. My heart rate average was 150-160 or 80-85% of my max. I got a sportline duo heart rate monitor (with chest strap) from…

How do you tell if a chromosome is male or female? You pull down its genes.

I once ate two chipotle burritos in one sitting. I jokingly told my buddy I was so hungry I could eat two and he said that he would pay for the second one if I ate it all. I got a free burrito out of it but the pain was not worth it.

I am a cycling enthusiast and I have always seen signs where I ride that instruct bikers to give right of way to ALL others. Bicycles are lowest on totem pole. This makes sense to me as they are traveling the fastest and, as such, should bear the most responsibility regarding the safety of others. That being said, one of…

Your best bet is to do a system restore to a point before the search redirect virus appeared. It isn't found in most anti-virus sweeps so you won't have much luck just searching for it with your Norton. Once you get rid of it download FireFox or Chrome as suggested by chynook73. They are far less susceptible to spyware,…

It's also important to note that the majority of fat cells will never disappear, only shrink. It takes far more energy for your body to perform apoptosis (complete cell removal) than to expell some cellular contents. If you have excessive pre-existing belly fat, like me, it will never turn into a tight, thin, completely…

As mentioned earlier, you cannot target areas for fat loss because your body will burn it from everywhere; however, your body preferentially stores and accumulates fats in the stomach area to protect organs, etc. It is the hardest fat to lose, but it will slowly disappear with continued healthy habits.

I have two 7 foot by 3.5 ft yoga mats,7x7 area, that I do it on in my basement and it is plenty of room (i'm 6 ft, 225 lbs). As for cycling, I have done 40-50 miles/week over the last three weeks and its not too bad. I find that it helps keep me far less sore than not doing it so I actually prefer it. I have bad "shin…

Just started my final week... but I will repeat month 2 again after another cardio, core and balance week. The weight loss in the second month is much better than the 1st so don't get discouraged (I know most people on here are concerned with weight as opposed to other indicators of health). I would suggest tracking your…

Doesn't really matter. The partial pressure of oxygen in cold water is slightly higher so it has a bit more dissolved oxygen in it, but you don't breath through water so... By the time the body absorbs the water it will have been brought to internal core temperature so it is inconsequential. Based on taste I choose cold.
