I'm 5'3" I like to stay around 125. 122-127 is my best weight. If I go too low, my face looks older...any higher and my hips and stomach start to bulge.

Hot tea with milk and sugar in the morning. McDonald's unsweetened ice tea with a shot of Fruitopia in the afternoon. Peppermint tea before bed.

I am proud to say I teach 1st grade. It is important to be in shape to teach the little ones. I'm always getting down on the floor with them or kneeling next to their desks. I hardly sit still.

I was 21 when I got married, and 26, 29, and 31 when I had my boys. It was nice to be married for a while before kids, because once they were born they became the wonderful center of our world.
