    Me too :)
    Portion control and/or substitute ingredients. It's easy.

    Pizza > replace the base with pita or some healthier base, reduce the cheese and use fat free cheese, add tonnes of veges to the top, use a leaner meat. 3000 calorie meal becomes 300 or less calorie meal.
    Cake > use a better flour, substitute butter with apple sauce, use stevia not sugar, eat just one slice
    Cheesecake > look up recipes based on low fat creamcheese and low calorie jelly (jello)
    Fries > buy potatoes, cut them up, bake in the oven.
    Etc.. Whatever you want look online "low calorie ...." "healthy ....", find a way to make it.
