Use a chair! It helps so much. Just have one foot on the chair for added support and pull up. The closer the chair is, the easier. The further the harder. Good luck with the mudder!

For the before, I have oatmeal or high fiber cereal with maybe a little raisins or dried blueberry in there. And afterwords I have a snack, such as fruit, cheese, yogurt, nuts or something like that. I usually have 2 or 3 of these.

That's a tough one. The shoulder is what links everything together. It links your arms to your neck, your chest... You can go very very light on chest flyes. Or bench with a light bar. But even that's risky. Not too many options out there with that shoulder injury.

Try running with an open palm. But to be honest it might be a good to be sore. It shows you're working hard and getting resultd, even if they're unintentional.

Yea. Push up bars. Also you can just drop down and do push ups from your knees. Less strain on your hands wrist and forearms. You'll be able to do more push ups too.
