I was only weighing myself once in a while when I felt like the scale would show a good number, but obviously I was not holding myself accountable. Now I weigh myself everyday at the same time. I am DEFINITELY more accountable and have even lost more weight because I know what is working and not working.

When I stand and look at my backside in the mirror I have no cellulite!!!! :)

I never eat less than 1,200 calories. Sometimes I eat in the 2,000 range. I was always under the impression that you had to starve yourself to lose weight, but this simply is not the case. I feel like to keep the weight off you cannot create too much of a deficit. I have done this before and it made me cranky and it was…

I had gained about 10 lbs. and a considerable amount of cellulite. I started running again (hardcore), but it did not seem to do the trick. I started tae bo and 30 DS and now I just have a few very small spots on my butt. I feel much better wearing shorts now. :)

You and your family are in my prayers!!

Honestly, I would cut out the Lean Cuisines. Tons of salt and virtually nothing good for you.

I have a great song on repeat when I get into a funk...something that always get me motivated (it changes from month to month). I also think about getting old...and how one day I won't be able to run and how I should push myself to do it while I can. For some reason this always works. I just did a 15k without training and…

I might suggest reading...reading about any random topic always makes me fall asleep.

Even before I was counting calories I took (2) 100 calorie packs (pre-popped) and a diet green tea in my bag...because the prices at the movies are RIDICULOUS! But that is just me.

homemade wraps...I love to make all sorts of funky wraps for lunch

I do. I would be starving if I didn't. My calories are already set pretty low, so if I exercise I definitely eat those calories back.

I read another post one time that said Jillian intended for people to do the shred 2 days on, one day of cardio, 2 days on, one day of rest, 1 day on. I thought this might be helpful. :)

To run 45 minutes and complete the 30 day shred. I am on vacation and I have been trying to do something like this everyday (with one rest day). I am also trying to cook new things. Yesterday I cooked cod and today I want to try cooking some awesome veggie burger I found a recipe for the other day.
