My spouse and I ate out all of the time, especially fast food. About 3 months ago, we spent a large amount of money on convenience and eating out. I'm with everyone else....I didn't take a break between the two. I know in Insanity you have a "recovery week" where there is a special workout you do that week. however, that is not present in T25

I LOVE T25!! It was awesome, and literally 25 min every day. Here's the catch - on Fridays you double up on workouts. Really you do 50 minutes on Fridays. Also, there is a stretch DVD to do on Sunday (also 25 minutes). I guess you could skip it, but it is WORTH IT! Stretch became my favorite day. I lost 7 pound and 14…

I can't figure this out either. I look at my activity manager and see my calorie deficit (I don't eat back my calories either) to make sure it's in the appropriate range. However, I synced last night before I ate dinner, so I had about 800 calories logged and my activity manager told me I consumed too many calories.…

I am doing body revolution!! I just started two weeks ago. Today was my first day doing workout 3 of phase 1. So far I LOVE IT!! I'm a big Jillian fan though. I also sent you a friend request :)

So excited to start tomorrow!! I am doing her meal plan as well as the 7 day kick start. I already made the veggie soup and the hummus already so I would be good to go tomorrow.

I'm starting on Monday the 21st!!! I think I am going to follow her meal plan. I already have the master your metabolism cookbook...and a lot of the recipes are on there as well, so I think I can do it. Good luck to all of you. look forward to hearing your results.

I just got mine today and hoping to start on Monday. I love Jillian's other workout DVDs and love her meals from her cookbook, so I'm hoping the mealplan would be easier for me.

Month 2 gets super intense. The workouts get longer 45-60 minutes. It's pretty awesome though.

I've done Insanity....and I have lots of trouble with it as well. My advice is keep going. I promise it gets easier and you will be able to go longer. I had to stop when I got to month 2 because my heart rate was getting high...and I need to restart from month 1. Keep with it...it's a pretty awesome program!
