just saw an info-mercial for it, order the DVD's, 60 day programme etc.

Does this work, it looks HARD!!!
The success stories are crazy, people ripped in 60 days.

Has anyone done it?

    I'm in week two. It isn't that bad, because it is repetitive, and your muscles learn. The first two days, I got major acid reflex from the ups and downs. I modified some moves to be easier on my digestive system. It isn't bad because it is about 30 mins for each video, if you consider all the breaks they give you. However, month 2 gets harder, and I'm not there yet, so we'll see =D

    Yeah I do it too.

    It's hard, but it really helps your endurance. I'm doing this with a hybrid with running. It's really helping with the endurance.

    Month 2 gets super intense. The workouts get longer 45-60 minutes. It's pretty awesome though.

    Just finished month 1. It definitely works if you are willing to put the work in. It's hard work, and will push you, but if you can push back then you will make it.

    I have lost several inches, and my abs are starting to show.

    Just do it, but commit to it.
